If you have been diagnosed with PTSD by a Mental Health Professional, you are welcome to attend.

Virtual PTSD group meeting once a week, all our welcome.

Monday through Friday time availability:

 

• 9am to 10:30AM

• 5 to 6:30PM

• 10 to 11:30pm

 

In lieu of the standard $25 online fee to participate, please donate to a family in your community that does not have it as well off as you.

 

If you are not in a position to do the recommendation above, then please find other ways to give back to your immediate communities. The world needs calm, cool, and collected energy right now.
